Hi I'm Treyson Lyon

I grew up in Murray, Utah. I have 3 brothers, and two of them have Autism. I love performing, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to do theatre, especially musicals, as well as play the violin, read, and write. I have been performing since I was 4-years-old, and haven't stopped yet! I also believe that reading and literacy is very important, and I plan on becoming an author and a librarian after college. I grew up in Murray, UT, until I turned 18, and am now serving a two-year Mission in Monterrey, Mexico! At home, I have my parents, two older brothers, and one younger brother. One of my older brothers has high-functioning Asperger's Syndrome, while my younger brother is severely affected by Autism. My family is VERY important to me, especially my younger brother. I love him and my entire family so much, and I would never trade any of them for the world.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the Church, and, for a while, leaned on my parents knowledge. However, over time, as I obeyed God's commandments, I have come to know for myself that it is true. It was not one defining moment, but the accumulation of Spiritual Confirmations over the course of my lifetime. The Spirit of God would testify unto me the truth of the things I have learned and lived, and that has made me continue to want to live by His commandments.

How I live my faith

I am currently serving a Mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. That means that I leave my home for two years in order to serve and teach the Restored Gospel of Jesus Christ. In the past, I have lead my church youth groups, as well as actively participated in their activities.
