Hi I'm Victor

I grew up in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. I play for BYU Men's Tennis Team, oldest child in my family of six, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I graduated from Alta Loma High School in 2014 and just finished my freshman year at BYU. Right now, I haven't decided yet on what major I want to study but I'm leaning towards Exercise Science or Exercise and Wellness. I was named after my great grandpa who the presiding bishop and a member of the quorum of the seventy. What I enjoy doing in my everyday life is to be active by playing tennis and going to the gym. I started playing tennis when I was 3 and had the privilege to play my freshman year for BYU. I absolutely love being with my friends and family. They helped me grow along the way.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because without any doubt in my mind, I know that this church is true. This is the true gospel of Jesus Christ and I know this by praying, reading the scriptures, and by attending church every Sunday. Being a Mormon all of my life has made me happy and helped me overcome obstacles along the way. Because I know that this church is true and have seen people's lives change through the power of this gospel, I have decided to serve a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

How I live my faith

I try to live my life faithfully by being helpful to others. I try my best to follow my savior's example. It gives me great joy to help others because I not only get a great feeling in return but it also reminds me of all the blessings that our Lord has given us. It really does make me happier to become more like our savior by being helpful to others and when you get the chance, I invite all of you to do the same as well.
