Hi I'm Kristen

I was born and raised in Oregon, I'm a certified hairdresser, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm from a very small town surrounded by family. I just finished Cosmetology school in Utah and I'm now a certified hairdresser. I'll be going on an 18 month mission really soon. I like helping and serving others, performing, and being with my family and friends. I love my life, I love my family, and I love this Church!

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon. Always have, always will be. Growing up my family was going through some pretty hard trials. During those hard times I turned to church. It was the only thing in my life that was stable. I gained an appreciation for my ward and it's wonderful community. My testimony in the gospel and in the scriptures increased significantly. And I didn't feel alone anymore because I knew that my Heavenly Father was always there for me. I know that he's still always there for me. I also know that this church is true and that we have a prophet of God on the earth today. This Church helped me overcome some hard times, and I know that it will continue to help me for the rest of my life.

How I live my faith

I constantly try to be the best person I can be. That's what lifes about, progression! I know the church helps me be a better person. Whether it's helping out my fellow ward members, fufilling my callings, or keeping/helping me achieve my personal goals. I'm a memeber of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Which means I'm a representative of Jesus Christ. Keeping that in mind makes me the best person I can be. And that's how I love my faith.
