Hi I'm Kelly

I am a fresh college graduate. I teach Technology and Engineering Education. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am a happily married man to the most wonderful and beautiful girl. We have been married for almost 4 years now. I just graduated and I have a job teaching Technology and Engineering. I come from a large family. I have 7 brothers and 1 sister and I love them all, my parents included. My parents raised us all in the church, they having been brought up in a similar fashion. I will be forever grateful for their love and example. I love spending time with my wife, family, and friends. I enjoy being outdoors with fishing, hiking, camping and ATV/dirt bike riding in the summer and snowboarding and snowmobiling in the winter.

Why I am a Mormon

I love my Savior Jesus Christ. I know He has restored His church, and that this is it. I have prayed to know this and I received confirmation through His Holy Spirit. I know He loves each one of us and desires eternal life for us all. I know that by following His teachings, taught to us by scripture and modern day prophets, we can have live with our families forever. I love the Book of Mormon and I know it testifies of Christ and His teachings. Why am I a Mormon? Because it promises me eternally happiness through following God's will.

How I live my faith

Being a member of the church gives me great opportunities. First and foremost I met my wife while attending a single student ward during our first semester at college. I was also able to give 2 years of my life dedicated to missionary service among the great people of Mexico. In more recent months I have served as a teacher, both for adults and primary age children. I also spent some time serving as a secretary to the bishop of my ward. As members of the LDS church, we are asked to visit other members of our ward to watch over and strengthen them. This has been a great blessing for me and my family in both giving and receiving these visits.
