Hi I'm LU

I grew up and lived with parents and siblings and have learned many wonderful things. I am happy because I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I used to help individual with less capacity to do it for himself/herself. I am more on personal assistant as many called it. I find joy in helping other people and feel very blessed with the talents and understanding of things that others do not understood. I always feel the gift of love that only my Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ demonstrated them in the scripture teachings.

Why I am a Mormon

I was baptized in early 1990s and since then my life has changed. I always think to follow Gods commandments in all my capacity. All decisions to be made is all gospel-based as much as possible. About 8 months of being a new member I decided to apply for a full time mission, got my mission call when I was 10 months in the church and at exactly 1 year I was in the Missionary Training Center (MTC) to attend training for the new missionaries. I served for 18 months in the field and went home with honor. After I returned home I go back to school and then not too long of less than 2 years I was married in temple for time and all eternity. Life has ups and downs but the Lord will always consecrate our good intentions to follow His teachings in our everyday life with our family.

How I live my faith

What I like most of the program of the church is family history. All program is centered on family and the best thing I always like to do is adding names to my family tree as I work on my genealogy. I know where my ancestors came from and what they do when they were still here. I have increased my love for them and very grateful that they are my ancestors. Because I have done this for myself and the opportunities always come on my way that I am available always to help others as they will do theirs as well its is my pleasure to assist them and finds joy in my heart.

What is the purpose of the welfare services of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints?

It is very important to know the principle of "working". Without it we can not get what we need even the very basic. ..and thus can not help others. Show more Show less
