Hi I'm Bradley Talbot

I play the violin. I enjoy writing. I'm serving my mission in Winnipeg, Canada from August 2015-August 2017. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in the LDS church and am the oldest of six children. I have always loved living in a big family and am glad to have so many cousins, aunts, uncles, and other extended family who love and support me. I love to write because it helps me give voice to how I'm feeling in a small and simple way. I play the violin and am so grateful for the blessing of good music in my life.

Why I am a Mormon

Though I have always been Mormon, recently I have had more and more freedom on what I choose to believe in rather than submit to what my parents believe. I have read the Book of Mormon many times and each time, the Holy Ghost testifies to me that it is true. I'm a Mormon because I know it is true. I'm a Mormon because I have felt the peace, love, and joy from God by obeying his commandments. I have had many questions in my life and each time have had them answered because I have decided to be Mormon. I'm a Mormon because I have felt the power of the Atonement in my life and know that I will need it every day for the rest of my life.

How I live my faith

I'm currently serving my mission in Winnipeg Canada to show the Lord my dedication and willingness to do what he asks. I'm very grateful for the opportunity I have to spend two years of my life fully engaged in his work. I hope to bring the lessons I learn on my mission home with me and forever be a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Leading up to my mission I have been the Teacher's Quorum President and the Priest's Quorum First Assistant and personally know the rewards and benefits of truly loving those you serve and magnifying your calling with the help of Jesus Christ.
