Hi I'm Nate

I grew up in Utah. I love playing basketball. I love my family and friends. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love all sports, especially basketball, soccer, and golf. I love spending time with family and friends whenever I can. I am about to leave on an LDS mission. After my mission I will go to college.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been a member of the church my whole life, but I still had to be converted to the gospel of Jesus Christ. I was baptized at eight years old. When I was still fairly young, I prayed to know whether the Book of Mormon and the Church were true. I received a confirmation that the Book of Mormon was true as well as the church. I know that the Book of Mormon is the word of God. I have read it many times and I know that it is without a doubt correct in every way. Joseph Smith was a true prophet and he really did translate the Book of Mormon. I know that like Joseph Smith, we have prophets today that talk to God and lead the Church in the right direction. I am so grateful for the Church in my life, because I would be lost without it. I am also eternally grateful to the Savior, Jesus Christ, for the Atonement and for giving me the chance to perfect myself through repentance. I know that all of this is true.

How I live my faith

I am very active in my ward. I have had a few callings in the church, most of which have been leadership callings in the youth programs. I have also been a stake representative. I try to attend every ward activity I can during the week.
