Hi I'm Anita Brown

I was adopted when I was five from La Paz, Bolivia. I have an amazing family!:) I'm a mormon.

About Me

Im the second to youngest in my family of nine. I was adopted along with my little brother. I love sewing and doing crafty stuff like that. I love food, all kinds :) Reading is something that I really love doing, i have way too many books. I love kids, i want to be a kindergardener teacher when i come back from my mission.

Why I am a Mormon

I was adopted into the church, I feel like it was a blessing because where i was born is quiet a ways away from where i live now. I was given the opportunity to have a home where the spirit was so strong and where i was taught by loving parents how to be like Jesus. I was also taught that He loves us and that we are His children. That always meant so much to me. It gave me a feeling of security and belonging. Because who doesn't want to feel loved? I was adopted into the church and i wouldn't have it any other way it has helped me so much in my life. Just knowing that I'm never alone because He's always watching over me and you he truly loves all His children and wants them to come back to him. I've chosen to be a member of his church is so that I can one day return back to Him and be in his presence and be with my family forever.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to serve others everyday. My mom would tell me when I was little that if your sad or discouraged go and serve someone and by the time your done you'll have forgotten about why you were sad. Seeing someone else's smile and happiness makes me happy.
