Hi I'm Josh

I was born in Connecticut, but raised in NW Arkansas. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to play sports. Any sport as long as I get to do it with a good group of people. I go to college to study electrical engineering. I just finished my first year and am now preparing myself to serve in the Barbados Bridgetown Mission.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born in the LDS gospel, but my life was far from perfect. As a youth, I struggled to stay true to the faith. I went long periods of time without attending church services. The few times I did go was only because my parents forced me too. Only when I went to college and decided for myself that I wanted to go to church, I gained my testimony. To know if the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is true, you must first ask of God, then live it's teachings so that you may taste of the happiness that it brings.

How I live my faith

I go to church every Sunday. I attend a Young Single Adult ward. I serve the ward as a councilor to the leader of most of the men in the ward. I also serve by visiting some of those men once a month in their homes to share a spiritual message, and to make sure all is well in their lives.
