Hi I'm Aaron

I'm a Lebanese-Chinese born in Australia and raised in America. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am currently in college studying electrical engineering. I enjoy learning about other cultures and traveling. I have studied abroad in China and hope to study abroad more. I swam competitively in high school and enjoy many sports, including racquetball, skiing, ping pong, and ultimate frisbee. I have recently developed a passion for computer programming, but I try to get out and experience the nature around me as much as possible.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised a Mormon, and for most of my life I've just been following the example of my parents. In recent years, I have truly come to find joy and peace in following Jesus Christ. My father passed away when I was 18, and through the gospel I have come to know that I will be with him again, and he is even helping me now. I still have a lot of questions, and I'm figuring life out, but I cannot deny that when I'm living the principles of the gospel, I truly am happy.

How I live my faith

I love the Mormon community. I love all the help and support my family has received. I love helping those that need it, Mormon or not. I am about to spend two years in Japan spreading this love and I hope others will find the same joy from the LDS faith that I do.
