Hi I'm Kyle Grant

I was born and raised in Texas. I'll be attending Brigham Young University after I serve a 2 year mission in Ghana. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was a member of the drumline in the high school marching. I'm an Eagle Scout. I enjoy playing most any kind of sport with soccer and volleyball being at the top of this list. I have a great interest in math and science.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Over the years as I grew older and started to learn more about the beliefs with the help of my parents and other adult leaders in the church. As I studied the teachings they have given me, I started to wonder if what they were telling me was true. Through even more careful and consistent studying and prayer, I received the answer that I was looking for. I came to know that this church is the true church of God, our loving Heavenly Father, and that he sent His Only Begotten Son, the Savior Jesus Christ, to die for all our sins so that we may be able to return and live once again with our Heavenly Father. I know that Joseph Smith was a true prophet of God and that the Father and His Son appeared to him in the First Vision to tell him to restore his Gospel upon the earth and the means to do so. Our current prophet, Thomas S. Monson, is also a prophet of God and that he leads us by revelation from God. Our Father in heaven loves all of us, His children, and wishes for us to return to live with him again. I say these things in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

How I live my faith

I'm currently preparing to serve a 2 year mission in Ghana. I have served in leadership roles in our church youth program. I have given a talk in church once a year for the last 7 years.
