Hi I'm Kaitlin

I'm from Las Vegas. I love to travel and play sports. I'm serving in the Texas Lubbock Mission. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have 3 older brothers and I love them so much. My family is the most important thing to me and I love to spend time with them. I love to travel and go on adventures. I've been to several countries and I hope to soon travel to all of them someday. I enjoy learning about other cultures and trying new things. I recently graduated with an Associate of Arts and plan to continue my education at BYU when I return from my mission. When I'm not preparing for my mission I enjoy being outdoors whether it's going hiking, cliff jumping, or kicking it poolside I enjoy it. Sports are another thing I love. I played a lot of different sports growing up but softball is my favorite. While I love to be outside I also love to be at home reading, watching movies/Netflix, going on Pinterest, listening to all kinds of music, and watching youtube videos. I'm all about loving life and taking the bull by the horns. Life's a journey so why not enjoy the ride?!

Why I am a Mormon

I'm Mormon because I choose to be. I grew up in the church and always knew the church was true but soon questioned everything when I left for college. I explored Buddhism but nothing could ever make me as happy as this gospel has. I read the Book of Mormon and prayed to our Heavenly Father for reassurance and to know without a doubt that this church was true. I received an overwhelming feeling of peace, love, comfort and reassurance. Any doubt I had vanished and I have a wonderful testimony that this church is true. I know my savior lives and that He and our Heavenly Father love all of us so so much. I know this church is true.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by going to church every Sunday and by actively participating in my callings. I live my faith by always tying to be like Jesus. My faith in Jesus Christ is the center of my life, helping to guide me in making decisions and also to serve others. I will soon be leaving on my mission so that I can share this wonderful gospel with all that I meet. I want to help people build a relationship with God so they will never feel alone or insignificant. I want to show them how much they are loved and wanted by their Heavenly Father.
