Hi I'm Spencer

I was born in the United States and want to study engineering. I like skiing, woodturning, and Politics. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I enjoy woodturning, skiing, and video editing. I'm fairly new to all of them, but they're my new favorite hobbies. I turn pens on my lathe and think I may venture into bowls soon. I also run cross country and track.

Why I am a Mormon

I find joy and happiness in being a member of the LDS church. I know who I am, where I came from, and where I am going. I know we are spirit children of our Father in Heaven, that he loves us, and that he has a plan for us. I love reading Joseph Smiths account of The First Vision. There is power in those words, and each time I read them, I feel with every fiber of my being that it is true. I find peace in living my faith, and the knowledge that Jesus Christ is our Savior and Redeemer. I love learning more and building my faith in Christ. I'm currently a full time missionary in Uruguay and love sharing the joy that I feel now with so many other people.

How I live my faith

I participated with the youth activities in my local ward. I became an eagle scout in our local troop. I attend church each Sunday where I have the opportunity to participate in the Sacrament and grow closer to God and Jesus Christ. I´m currently serving as a missionary in the Montevideo Uruguay Mission.
