Hi I'm Justin

I am a Mormon. I chose to serve a mission because the gospel of Jesus Christ brings true happiness and everyone deserves that

About Me

I recently graduated high school, I love to play soccer, snowboard and ride dirt bikes. I love free running and most of all to swing dance. I was born in Albuquerque New Mexico but have recently moved to California to serve a mission. I have a loving family with one brother and two sisters.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in the church and have always been a Mormon. But my testimony is not a result of that. My testimony comes from my experience reading the book of Mormon, following it's teachings then praying to my father in heaven to know if they were true. God has given me everything so I need to do my part to find what he would want me to do, this church has been the answer.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by learning and growing through my personal study of the scriptures and my weekly church attendance. I have made promises to God throughout my life during ordinances in my church and I do my best to keep the covenants I have made so that I can revive the blessings promises for doing so. Above that I try to be a good Samaritan, I'm not perfect but I try to live my life as Christ would.

Do you really believe there is a prophet like Moses alive today?

Justin
All throughout the bible, God has given his people a prophet, why not now? I can think of the reasons he would not give us one. 1) he doesn't love us, well we know that's not true we read that he is not a respecter of persons and that he loves all his children. 2) he has lost the ability to communicate with his children, well we know that he is the same yesterday today and forever so that can't be right. 3) we don't need him anymore, societies rules of right and wrong hand never been more skewed, we have New struggles and temptations that weren't relevant in the times of the bible so it only makes sense that God would provide a prophet to lead and guide his children today.
