Hi I'm John

I am a track and cross country runner and I love Idaho and the outdoors. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My name is John Cromar and I am currently serving a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I am serving in the California, Anaheim Mission. It has been such an amazing experience so far. I love to run! In high school I ran track and cross country and its always been a joy to run. I love camping and going outdoors and I love trying to do the impossible.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because there is hope and comfort in this gospel. I have a strong testimony of eternal families. Because of the temples we have here on earth we can be sealed together forever as families in heaven. That has been a huge comfort to me. I'm a Mormon because I have received a witness through the spirit that the Book of Mormon is true. Because of that I know that Joseph Smith was called of God to restore the church to the earth and I know we are lead and guided today by a prophet. The Atonement is real and I know we can receive a forgiveness of our sins through our Savior Jesus Christ

How I live my faith

One way I am currently living my faith is by serving a mission. There have been some hard times but it has helped my faith grow. Some of the ways I've lived my faith in the past was by going to church, participating in youth activities, reading the scriptures, listening to the prophets and apostles during general conference, and by always smiling to let people know how much happiness the gospel has brought me.
