Hi I'm Rachel Hansen

I grew up in Texas. I love missionary work. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was a swimmer for 14 years of my life. I love to bake and cook. I am the oldest of four kids. I love anything that has to do with the medical field. After my mission I want to become a pediatric nurse, or a ER nurse. I'm very into organization. I love anything that you do outside, for example hiking, camping, boating, ect. I'm very interested in Forensic Science. It is a very interesting field of study.

Why I am a Mormon

I was very fortunate to be born into The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I have never lived without the gospel, but there are times where i struggled with knowing if the church is true. I have a very strong testimony of prayer, and how God answers our prayers. God knows us individually and perfectly. He knows what we struggle with and how we can get through hard times. I also have a testimony of the truthfulness of The Book of Mormon. This book was divinely given to us through the prophet Joseph Smith. This book was written for our say and we can apply the principles and teachings in it daily. I know the Anointment of Jesus Christ was so important for us to feel forgiven from our sins. Also it can enable us in any situation. We can do anything through God and our savior Jesus Christ. I love this Gospel and I know that it brings a joy and a light to your life like no other thing in this world. I'm so grateful to be a part of this church. I love my Savior Jesus Christ, and My Heavenly Father.

How I live my faith

I'm about to serve a full time mission in Michigan, and am very excited to do so. I am currently a Family History consultant, and love learning about my own history. I love attending YSA (young single adult) activities, and institute. I also love sharing the gospel with others.
