Hi I'm Zach Gardiner

I live in a small town in Utah called Vernal. I will be serving a full time mission in Tonga. I love this church. I am a Mormon!

About Me

I live in a little town in Utah. I am the oldest of 5 kids. I am leaving on a mission August 26th, 2015. I will be serving in the Nuku'alofa Tonga mission, i am so excited! I enjoy the outdoors. Hunting, fishing, camping and riding snowmobiles are all things I love to do. Most of my family live in the same town I do and we are really close and we spend a lot of time together. I love this church and everything about it. I know its true!

Why I am a Mormon

All of my family is Lds, so I was born into the church. I love everything about it. I love the people in my ward, they are awesome. I've always known the church was true, but i kind of used my parents and grandparents testimony to get me by longer than I should have. The day came that I needed to make the decision if I was going to serve a mission or not and I needed to find out for myself if it was true. So I started reading the book of mormon again and praying really hard and I got my answer. I know without a doubt, 100% with all my heart that this is the true church. Ive had a lot of trials in my life and I know that your Heavenly Father and his son Jesus Christ can help you through anything. I know that if you have any questions about life or anything else and you pray with a sincere heart that you will find the answer. Thats why I keep going to church and thats why I am a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I have been the president of the Deacons and Teachers quorum and I was the 1st assistant of the Priest quorum. Currently I am the oldest priest, so I take charge of welcoming everyone to class on Sundays and I help a lot with what we are going to do for Scouts and Mutual. Me and my dad are home teaching companions and our families we visit are awesome. We have done some service project for the older couple we visit. We love them.
