Hi I'm Hannah

I'm Native American. I'm a college student. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born and raised in Arizona. I was recently called to serve a full time mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I'm currently finishing up my Bachelor's degree and will continue on my studies to become an Physical Therapist when I return home from my mission. My hobbies range from sleeping to basically anything having to do with the outdoors. One of my favorite outdoor activities is to go rafting, I feel like it makes me become one with my Native American roots and it also brings out my inner Pocahontas.

Why I am a Mormon

Being apart of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints brings happiness and peace to my life. When I was younger and in High School, I felt the alone and lost. Although my family had been members for a couple of years I didn't really feel apart of the Church. It wasn't until my Senior Year of High School when I began to truly look deep into my faith. When I asked in prayer to God, if this Church was true and if The Book of Mormon was true, he manifested it to me through the Holy Ghost that it was indeed true. Ever since then I have tried to live my life in such a manner that is in according to God's commandments. I know that God lives and loves me as His child. I know that Jesus Christ has lived on earth and that he help to create a way that we can live eternally with our families. I know that Joseph Smith was a prophet of God, that he helped to restore the gospel here on earth today. I know that Thomas S Monson is a prophet of God and that he is here to help us. I know that The Book of Mormon is true. My testimony is the most precious thing that I have and I love this Church and Gospel.

How I live my faith

I found that my faith is the center of my life. I enjoy reading The Book of Mormon daily, it brings me happiness to my life. Whenever I feel the pressures of the day to day life I can find peace in reading The Book of Mormon. Also by church attendance I am able to learn more and it helps me to know how God wants me to live my life.
