Hi I'm Benjamin Patterson

I grew up Utah. I live in South Dakota now where I'm an attorney. I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I come from a large family. I have six sisters and three brothers. Growing up there was always somebody to do something with in my house. I am married and my wife and I have three wonderful girls who keep us busy and occupy a lot of our time and attention. We enjoy spending time outdoors hiking, camping and fishing, and playing sports as a family. I enjoy cars and landscaping projects.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm Mormon because the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints give me direction in my life. The principles that are taught in the Church show me the way to live and the direction I want to be going in. Living the gospel has made me a better person, husband, father. The gospel gives me hope of a better world and a knowledge that the relationships I have with my family and those who I love the most will continue on forever.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to live in such a way that others can see in me a desire to be like the Savior. I enjoy teaching the youth of my ward and watching their testimonies grow and flourish. I also enjoy learning from the youth and seeing how they share the gospel with their friends at school and work.
