Hi I'm Daniel

I grew up in Hawaii. I'm an athlete and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I loved playing football and volleyball during high-school, I did a fall semester of school at Brigham Young University-Idaho. I enjoy exercising, hiking, and spending time with my family. I hope one day to be married in a temple of the Lord and to be a husband and a father!

Why I am a Mormon

I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of latter Day saints, because of the way it makes me feel. Nothing more and nothing less. Everything that I do in the Church in some way, is a outward expression of how it makes me feel inside. I have a testimony of the truth of this Church. God lives. Jesus Christ is His son, my Savior, my Redeemer, my Shepard. I know these things by the power and strength of the Holy Ghost. It's the only way that I know and have faith in these things. This is my testimony, in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

How I live my faith

Once a month, I go out with a companion to visit families in my ward. It's a very spiritual, but also a very casual and informal way to help these families feel the Spirit. I've learned that the Spirit has many different voices, sometimes it's humble, jokingly, sober, or joyful. It's a very unique blessing to witness!

What is a “testimony” that Mormons speak of?

A testimony is your own personal revelation, obtained only by the Holy Ghost, that something is true. Show more Show less
