Hi I'm Taylor Swalberg

I grew up in Texas. I'm 18 and a junior in College. I'm currently serving a mission in Birmingham, England. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was home schooled all through high school and graduated a year early to attend a university. I am currently 18 and a junior in college there but still undecided as far as a major go. I love music, I play guitar, piano and violin, and have self produced a few songs and covers of songs. I have three brothers and I am the third of the four of us. I am now serving my mission in the Birmingham, England mission.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in this church. My family has been in this church for generations, However that doesn't mean I had to stay in the church. I have had very normal human struggles and trials despite being a member. Through all of my trials and struggles there have been times where I am actively applying what this church teaches and there were times I didn't. I have come to know that everything is at least a little bit easier with the church. It give me purpose, comfort, peace, opportunities, and good feeling you can't get anywhere else. This gospel is of Christ. It is true. That is why I am a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I have been a leader in all youth groups I have a part of. Whether its a group in church, scouts, or home school, I always try to be a good example and be as Christ-like as I can. I have served as Sunday school president in my ward at college. I always made sure my teachers were teaching true and good principles and that they encouraged the class to go out and apply what they learned in class an serve others.
