Hi I'm Miranda

I am a Special Education Mentor and an ASL work in progress. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I was born in Logan, Utah on April 27th of 1998. I was born into this gospel. I am 17 and am currently in the summer of my Junior year and will be attending my Senior year at Bend Senior high School in Bend, Oregon. I am the middle of five children. I have an older sister who is 18, twin who is 18 minutes older than me (so she is 17 as well), and two younger brothers, one of which is 15 and the other which is 9. I am a Special Education Mentor at Bend High School and hope to continue to teach Life Skills students after I graduate. I have been in choir for nine years and counting and I hope to someday be privileged enough to be a member of the Mormon Tabernacle Choir. I plan to serve a mission in American Sign Language wherever the Lord wants me to go when I turn 19.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into this gospel. Both of my parents were born into this gospel. I find that I'm a totally different person when I am living the standards of the church than when I am not. I choose to be a Mormon because I'm much happier when I live the standards in the For The Strength Of Youth pamphlet.

How I live my faith

Recently I served a mini mission to the Oak Creek Ward in Albany, Oregon with two lovely Sisters who know SOO much about the gospel. One is a BRAND NEW missionary and she is one of the most spiritual people I have EVER met!! It changed my perspective on the importance of missionary work SO much! Throughout my life, I have met SO MANY people who would be so much happier with this gospel truth in their life. My renewed goal is to give them the chance to learn of this gospel!! I live my faith through kindness, hard work, humility, respect...I live my faith by being Christ-like.
