Hi I'm Sage

I'm a Mormon. I'm a daughter to two, a sister to four, and a friend to a few more. I have a deep love of learning and exploring.

About Me

I am a student at Brigham Young University, where I love exploring the world that Heavenly Father created for us as He intended us to see it. I love learning. I like to ski, read, pretend to play piano, sleep, write letters, tell stories, and eat pizza. My family has moved a lot throughout my childhood, so I've been able to witness the strength of the Church across the country, from Utah to Kentucky to Oklahoma to Idaho to Wisconsin, where my family lives now.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because knowing that my Heavenly Father and my savior Jesus Christ are real and that there is a plan for me here on this Earth makes life worth living, and it makes it worth living that life well. Being a Mormon makes me strive to become a better person, and I am a better person as a follower of Christ than I ever could become on my own.

How I live my faith

I lead by example. I've always believed that actions speak louder than words--sometimes saying something out loud isn't as effective as proving that you believe those things through the way you live. When I live this way, through righteous example, people know that I have a testimony of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints before I tell them.
