Hi I'm Tyler

I've lived in Mesa, Arizona my whole life. I play drums and solve Rubik's Cubes competitively, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to play the drums and listen to music. I will be serving in the Washington Vancouver mission of the church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints starting in September of 2015. I love being able to serve other people in and outside of church settings, and I treat others keeping in mind that kindness goes a long way.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because I've seen how God blesses us through other people. I've witnessed our Heavenly Father bearing others and myself up through hard times, and I've been able to be made whole through the sacrifice of our savior Jesus Christ. I know that God lives and that he watches over us and puts us through experiences to help us grow and become better people. I've seen nothing but good come to people who decide to join the church in worshiping God and trying to improve themselves each day.

How I live my faith

I've been able to be an active member of the Boy Scouts of America as I've grown up here, and earned the rank of Eagle Scout by building chairs for the local elementary school. Currently my calling in church is to teach 9 and 10 year old children the stories of Jesus in the bible every Sunday this year. It means a lot to me to help them grow and to learn, and it has helped me grow in my faith as well through study and service.
