Hi I'm Peter

I grew up in Utah. I attended college while in high school. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My name is Peter. For high school I attended an early college high school. By the time I completed my high school years I had earned my associates degree. I chose to attend the early college high school because I love academics and learning.

Why I am a Mormon

When I was a freshman in high school I began to doubt what I had been taught in my life. I was raised as a member of the church, but I began to doubt in the reality of Christ's atonement. I kept attending church and religious classes because it was what my parents wanted me to do. While in those places, I thought that the church was true, but when I left I would have doubts. The summer after my freshman year I went to a week long church camp called: Especially For Youth (EFY). While I was there, a counselor read "The Living Christ" to a group of us youth and challenged us to gain a testimony of it. I decided to take the challenge. My testimony did not come all at once. As I lived the Gospel in my daily life, the truthfulness of the Gospel was revealed to me from the Holy Ghost. I can now say that I go to church because I know it is true.

How I live my faith

I attend church every week. I also read my scriptures and pray everyday. I teach members of our congregation about gospel principles and how to live better.
