Hi I'm Ashlee

I am an agriculturalist. I love exploring. Decorating is my life. I am a Mormon.

About Me

Each and everyday I wake up to a beautiful world. My family and I run and live on a working cattle ranch in Northern Arizona. Here we are privileged to see the beauty of God's creations. My favorite time at the ranch is baby season. It is so fun to go out and see 100s of brand new Black Angus calves. They are just the cutest. Although I love cows and everything to do with agriculture I also love to decorate. I absolutely love making the places people live a place they love, a place memories will be made. My last passion I will share with is my passion to explore the world. I often find myself jumping on a plane, or driving into the middle of nowhere and exploring. I love to find places off the map that glow with beauty. I love to live as if "someone left the gate open."

Why I am a Mormon

I am Mormon for the simple reason that I know I have a Father in Heaven that loves me and loves you, and loves everyone of His children. He is perfect and with him we also can be perfect. He has given us every opportunity to live with Him AGAIN if we trust in Him, and live by the teaching He has taught. I love the fact that we have modern day prophets to lead and guide us just like in times of Noah, Jonah, Daniel, Moses, and Jeremiah. I also love to enter into Holy Temples dedicated to the Lord. The peace and knowledge gained in and around these sacred places are above any other feeling I have ever felt. I am Mormon because I can not think of heaven without my family, and the ties I have made here on this Earth. I am Mormon because God understands that and has given us a way to have an Eternal Family!

How I live my faith

I love The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints! I know it is true with all of my heart and soul! Why? Because without the church I would be lost, and more than lost I would not be happy. Being LDS gives me joy. Joy beyond any other I have ever felt. I live my faith by living my passion. Each and everyday I am privileged to take care of the land Heavenly Father has given us. I am also privileged to know that the only way to be healed from my far from perfect ways is through the love and sacrifice of Jesus Christ. Each week I attend church to find that healing. I also am able to attend the temple. A place that is so very close to heaven. A place that promises are made with God that connect heaven and earth.
