Hi I'm Avery Cope

I'm from St. George UT. I am a Viner and College student, and I'm a mormon.

About Me

I'm a recent college graduate and I have over 100,000 followers on an iPhone app called Vine. I will be serving as a full time missionary in Independence, Missouri. I will report on June 10th, 2015. My decision to leave behind a big opportunity like Vine for a mission wasn't necessarily easy. However, I made the decision to serve a mission a very long time ago, so it was definitely a high priority for me. I also have a very strong testimony of this church. I love my relationship with Heavenly Father and wouldn't trade it for anything.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a member of this church because it feels like the right thing to do. Sure, a lot of the time the meetings are boring, but I have an incredibly good feeling every time I go. I am confident that this feeling is the holy ghost. Manifesting to me in many small ways that I am doing the right thing and becoming a better person for it. I enjoy the community of my church. There are so many loving and friendly people all around me that I just feel at home. I honestly love putting smiles on the faces of others and being a Mormon helps me do that.

How I live my faith

I regularly attend the traditional 3 hour church block every Sunday. I also read of listen to the Book of Mormon or Bible every day. Daily and Nightly prayers are also a big part of my life. Those are the basics for me. I also do my best to attend institute and and other recreational LDS activities.
