Hi I'm Rodney

I'm a Mormon

About Me

I ride a motorcycle and I am an Officer(Treasurer) in a local motorcycle chapter(Capital City Riders for Christ) which is associated with a world wide organization the CMA(Christian Motorcycle Association). CMA's vision is "Changing the world, one heart at a time. It is an evangelistic outreach primarily, but not exclusively, to the motorcycling community and partners with ministries with world-reaching potential. The CMA is interdenominational and evangelistic in nature. Being a part of this organization has blessed me with many missionary opportunities.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been through some difficult times in my life and my faith has been tested for sure. At times I have felt like I could not make it, but even in my darkest of hours I was able to have hope. The knowledge that he is always there and knows exactly what I am going through is such a great comfort. I know that he is always willing to help me and show me the path to make it through this life. Heavenly Father lives and He knows and loves us all.

How I live my faith

I try and live my life by doing those things which I feel Jesus Christ would want me to do if He were here walking beside me. Keeping the commandments of God is vital to our earthly life, as well as reading the scriptures, prayer, and attending church. By trying to be like my Savior, I have learned that life isn't just about me, it's about those around me as well. Service is an important aspect in my life, and I enjoy helping others.
