Hi I'm Madeline Johnson

I was raised in California. I compete in triathlons. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have been a member of the LDS church my entire life. I have five younger siblings and two amazing parents who have taught me all they know. I love spending time with them especially on our long road trips. I am studying at Brigham Young University to become a Biology teacher. I love to cook, sing, play the piano, and do anything that is outside. I complete in triathlons with the BYU Triathlon Team. I love going on new adventures, meeting new people, and learning about different cultures. Recently I was called to serve in the Guatemala Guatemala City Central Mission to serve for 18 months. I am really excited to see how they live and to share the gospel with the people of Guatemala.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because my knowledge of the gospel has really helped me to be who I am today. My parents raised me in the church and they have taught me everything that they know about it. It has helped me so many times in my life and provided so much comfort I don't know I would do without it.

How I live my faith

When I was 8 years old, I took on a covenant to take Christ's name upon myself and to live as He did. Christ was perfect so I can only try my best to live as He would. My favorite way to show Christ-like love is through serving others. I love helping others and seeing how it eases their burdens. Some things may not seem very big but I know that even the little things can mean a lot to a person.
