Hi I'm Kaleb

I grew up in Utah. I run and work with computers. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a bit of a techie. I love to build computers, program computers, program light shows in auditoriums, and even work with the sound equipment as well. When I work with computers, I tend to get the scraps. Stuff that absolutely no one wants. I actually am able to re-purpose them to a degree and make older computers more powerful by scrapping one old computer entirely and adding its parts to another. I also love to work with wiring. I got to know a guy who is getting into bitcoin if you know what that is and had me help him make a facility to work with it. This involved wiring a warehouse from a 600 amp circuit. The outlets were also larger and a little more fun to work with as well.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because it is what feels right to me. Despite growing up in the church I didn't really have a testimony until I was about 15. When I turned 15 I decided to study world religions as best I could and decide what was right from there. During my studies I would see some aspects of truth and get excited about them, but when I went to church and read the Book of Mormon all of it seemed true. I ended by praying about it and that was the final piece. To me the LDS church is true, and I'm glad I studied it along with other religions to learn that for myself.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by going to church every Sunday and being open with my nonmember friends about it. I have a couple friends who a openly against the LDS church but every time we meet up we end up having a positive conversation about my beliefs vs theirs and both walk away still happy and having had learned something about the others faith. I like this because we are still kind and loving despite our differences which is something Christ taught.
