Hi I'm Andrew

I'm from Puyallup. I like to Scuba Dive. I'm an avid reader. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm the oldest of four children. I have three younger sisters. My parents raised me together in a loving home. I love them and they love me. My sisters and I have a tendency to antagonize one another for fun. I enjoy riding motorcycles and scuba diving. I used to work in a guitar factory and I'm currently serving a mission in the New York New York South mission. I enjoy talking to people about the Mormon Church.

Why I am a Mormon

I love the Savior and His Gospel. I want to help people because it makes me happy. In the church there are plenty of opportunities to serve others. Through service I become happy. I learn a lot in church about myself and my relationship with God. I know that God loves me and He sent His only Begotten Son to prepare the path for me to return to my Father in Heaven. That by staying close to my Savior and following His commandments and by listening to the words of the prophets, I can stay on the straight and narrow path.

How I live my faith

I enjoy going to church and serving other people. I have been volunteering as a Consultant in the Family History Center. The Family History Center supplies resources to research genealogy and family history. It is amazing to learn about my ancestors. I enjoy learning my family members names, their stories, where they came from, how they died, when they lived, what they did for a living, and what they did in their lives. I love the fact that the church emphasizes the importance of family history. The stories of my ancestors humble me. I do have struggles in life but I have never had to dig an irrigation ditch by hand for miles so I could feed my family.
