Hi I'm Josh

I grew up in Idaho. I'm an Apache Mechanic for the Army National Guard and I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I am 20 years old and was born and raised all over Idaho. I am an Apache mechanic for the Army National Guard in Boise Idaho. I love to do everything out doors as far as snowboarding, boating, rock climbing, dirt biking, mountain biking and everything in between. I went to Boise State for a year studying to get a degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis on excercise science. I put school on hold to serve a two year mission. Now I am currently serving in the Colorado Fort Collins Mission. When i return i hope to end up with a masters degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics!

Why I am a Mormon

Growing up I had a small understanding of religion, faith, and God. As my life went on i went to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints every now and again. My understanding increased but I never felt interested in the church. After High School i went and enlisted into the Army National Guard and learned a lot of life lessons. One thing I always noticed that when I was at church or around my church friends I was a lot happier and living life to the fullest. That brought me to be an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and to serve the Lord on a full time mission. Since I have made that decision I have never had any regrets and I have been happier ever since. I know God loves me. I know through Jesus Christ I can be forgiven of my sins. I see how He blesses me and the importance of Him in my life. This gospel has done so much good for me and I am forever great full for all that it has done and continues to do for me every day!

How I live my faith

Service is my favorite thing to do in the world. I love to help others. I constantly look for those in need for help and always doing my best to help them as much as i can. I do things such as mowing yards for those that cant do it themselves, helping them move, if someone is broke down on the side of the row i try to help with what i can! I love to serve! That is why i am serving a mission, I get to do more then just serve them with physical needs. I am able to reach people in a way I never thought possible. I have the privilege to see their hearts change, soften and come closer to our Father in Heaven who loves us so much that he gave His only Begotten Son to atone for the sins of all man kind! Which now gives us a way to return to our Father in Heaven!
