Hi I'm Justin

I grew up on a small alfalfa farm in Nevada. I am going to school to become a mechanical engineer. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am an alfalfa farmer who lives in Nevada. I love to work and to have fun. I enjoy working on and riding motorcycles. I also enjoy building and flying remote control airplanes. I have built several electric airplanes and nitro powered airplanes. I am going to college to become a mechanical engineer. I enjoy working on and fixing everything. I enjoy being with my friends and I am an avid racquetball player. I enjoy skiing and mountain biking. I also like to go camping and hiking.

Why I am a Mormon

Ever since I can remember have always wanted to do what was right. I have always believed that there was a God and that there must be some purpose to our life here on earth. As I learned about what the Mormon religion taught about God, about our purpose in life, and about who we are it made so much sense. Nothing else I have ever heard has made as much sense as this religion. Every member of the Mormon Church has to find out for him or herself if it is true. All anyone has to do in order to find out if this Church is true is to sincerely ask our Father in Heaven if it is true. I have asked for myself and I can say with all my heart that this religion is true. I have not found any other thing that brings as much happiness as living according to the principles and doctrines taught in the Mormon religion. So, why am I a Mormon? Because I know that this is God’s Church.

How I live my faith

I enjoy being a member of the Mormon church. I try and show and live my faith in many different ways. I go to church every Sunday. I have served in several different callings. I have taught both the youth and adult Sunday school in my ward. I enjoy teaching people the gospel, especially the youth because they are always so energetic and enthusiastic about learning the gospel. I was the youth president for a camp we have for young men called Camp Helaman. Camp Helaman was one of my favorite youth activities I have participated in. I attend all of the ward activities and support the ward goals. I always live my faith at all times and in all places. I try to follow the example of Jesus Christ. I always look at other people as sons and daughters of our Heavenly Father. I always try to treat people according to how Jesus taught us others should be treated.
