Hi I'm Michael

I'm an aspiring actor, writer, comedian, lacrosse player, and I love being an uncle. Most of all, I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love the following things. -My dog -Lacrosse -Friends that make me laugh -Chocolate malts -Ben Folds, David Archuletta, Casting Crowns, Red Hot Chilli peppers, Cake(the band) -Cake (the baked good) -Jim Gaffigan, Demetri Martin, Weird Al, Jim Carrey and anyone who can make me laugh. I'm an uncle of 9 and that's the most important thing.

Why I am a Mormon

Because I have read the Book of Mormon, and I know it's true. It's literally impossible for it to have come from any way other than how Joseph Smith said it came. And now everything best in this life has come from my membership In this church. I have known this church to be true ever since my brothers served missions and came home and began raising righteous families in the gospel. I have a perfect knowledge that the gospel blesses families. It all started there and my conversion came later. I know that Joseph Smith was a prophet, Thomas S. Monson is today, Jesus is the living Christ and I LOVE talking about that.

How I live my faith

I try to be a friend to anyone who needs a friend and talk to the person nobody is talking to. I'm currently a full time missionary and I really enjoy serving and working with teenagers and youth, because I'm not too far from that myself.

What is the purpose of the welfare services of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints?

Michael
The welfare program is how the church responds to the Savior's command to feed the hungry and visit the sick. Through charitable donations from members, the church provides food, work opportunities and more for individuals and families who need help getting back on their feet. This program is actually how my famiky was introduced to the Gospel. We couldn't buy food and pay the mortgage, and the Lord's church saved us. We have since been able to turn and pay donations ourselves to help others. I know this is the Lord's program to help the needy. Show more Show less
