Hi I'm Graziella

I'm from the Philippines. I'm a daughter of a loving Father in Heaven who happens to be a Civil Engineer.

About Me

I'm from the Philippines. I came from a big family of 9 children, me being the fourth child. I'm the eldest daughter in the family and I have 5 younger siblings. I don't have the perfect family because we each have our weaknesses to overcome, but I love them very much. They are God's greatest blessings to me. I grew up with the church by my side. Though there were times my father strayed away from the church, I am thankful for my mother and my grandmother who showed their faith and lived by their testimonies even when trials seems to be so hard. It has influence my faith as well as a growing child. I just graduated from college and earned my degree in Engineering. It was actually my very first long term goal (the first one on my list) and I'm so happy that I was able to accomplished it. I'm planning to serve the Lord by serving a full-time mission, to which I am working on right now because it's the 3rd goal on my list (the 2nd is gaining my license). I am very much excited to feel the happiness that comes from sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon not because my parents were Mormons when I was born, but because I personally know it in my heart that it is true. I had the same common experience of a growing Mormon child wherein I worked for gaining a testimony of my own because I know with this world of turmoil and strife, I won't be able to survive with a borrowed light. I have asked the Lord for it and He has granted me answers. I love the gospel of Jesus Christ and I have witnessed wonderful miracles in my life because the Lord have put His hands on it. My perspective were shapen eternally because of what I have learned.

How I live my faith

I'm the Branch Young Women President in our humble branch. I teach wonderful young women most of the time every Sunday. I love my calling because it gives me the chance to share my testimony of the truthfulness of the gospel every week. I love my young women and I am looking forward to those days that they will be accomplishing and doing the things which Heavenly Father expects them to do. Moreover, I am a third sunday teacher to the Relief Society (a women's organization in the Church). At first I find it a little tough calling considering that I am to teach women older than I am. I even asked myself once, "What will they learn from me?". But as the months passed I realized that it was a blessing to me more than I am to them. Not only that I get to know every wonderful mothers and sisters in the Branch, I am learning very much from this calling especially as I prepareto become a mother someday. I am thankful for this wonderful calling. I am also a Branch Missionary. Because of this I had the chance to work with our full-time missionaries to visit less-active members, and get to meet and teach investigators and souls the Lord has prepared to harvest. I have the warmest feeling everytime I get to share my testimony to them because I know that it is true. I live my faith by striving to become more like my Savior. To serve others as I serve the Lord and His church with all my capacity to serve. It brings joy and happiness in my life as I try to do it day by day.
