Hi I'm Christian

I grew up in NYC. I'm a sophomore at Harvard, and I row. I'm leaving shortly to serve a mission in Japan. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I've lived in Manhattan for most of my life. I enjoy listening to music, playing/following sports, working hard in school, hanging out with friends, and spending time with my family. I'm a proud son and older brother. I will soon be serving a mission in Japan, and I'm very excited to share the gospel there.

Why I am a Mormon

Being a Mormon is a significant part of my identity. I am committed to living the gospel of Jesus Christ, and strive to be like Him by keeping His commandments. I want to be the best person that I can possibly be, and I know that this church helps me to do that. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has brought me so much happiness, and it's given me direction in my life. I have a testimony of the truthfulness of this church.

How I live my faith

Every day I pray to my Heavenly Father. I believe that prayer is very important, because it is a special way that we can communicate with our Father in Heaven. As a college student, it is important that I keep in touch with my parents. Similarly, as a child of God, it is important that I keep in touch with God through prayer. I enjoy going to church each Sunday, where I can reflect on Jesus Christ's sacrifice for us. I also love the fellowship of church members. I've spent a lot of time with other young adults in the church, participating in fun trips, service projects, and social gatherings, and as a result I've developed amazing friendships.
