Hi I'm Kimber

I am a student, rugby player, missionary, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Currently I am serving as a missionary in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I have loved all that I have learned, the people I have met, and sharing this miracle of the Gospel with others. Before the mission, I played rugby for 5 years during high school and college. Rugby is one of my greatest passions, and I love the effort, teamwork, and skill that goes into it.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know it to contain the only true and complete gospel of Jesus Christ. I know that it is lead by inspired leaders ordained by God, and that the Book of Mormon (like the Bible), is also words from God that he has given us to help us on our mortal journey. Being Mormon makes me so happy and feel complete. I am so happy to have the knowledge that I will be with my family for eternity with my loving Heavenly Father.

How I live my faith

Number one of how I live my faith is that I surround myself with amazing, influential, and spiritual people. I also take the time and effort to really put into having a relationship and understanding of God and Jesus Christ. I know that they love me, want what is best for me, and that helps me feel the comfort and motivation I need to continue living my faith. I also love to read my scriptures, to learn new things, and to hear from God's prophets on the earth today.

What does Mormonism teach regarding baptism?

Kimber
We teach that it needs to be done by immersion, being completely covered and cleaned by water. Christ is the example of this. Correct baptism with the proper priesthood authority is the gateway in being able to enter into the Lord's kingdom after this life. Show more Show less
