Hi I'm Carissa

I'm a BYU student. I'm a missionary serving in Kansas. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born and raised in Utah. I am the youngest of 5 children, I have 3 brothers, 1 sister, 2 sister-in-laws, and 1 brother-in-law. I have 5 nieces and nephews who I absolutely adore and love to play with! I love to sing, and really enjoy music. I am a CNA and have loved working for the past year and a half in an Alzheimer's facility and as a Home Health and Hospice Aide. I have gone to a year and a half of school at BYU, and am hoping to go into nursing or dietetics after my mission.

Why I am a Mormon

I know that this gospel is true. I have come to know for myself that the Atonement of Jesus Christ can truly heal each of us and can help us through the hard times. This gospel has brought my family and I so much happiness, and I am so grateful for the knowledge that because of it I can be with them forever.

How I live my faith

I am preparing to serve a mission in Kansas, and can't wait to teach people about the gospel. I am so grateful to know that families are forever, and I am so excited to teach other people that they can also have the things that I am so grateful for.
