Hi I'm Keilani Hatch

I am the youngest of 15 children. I struggle with a lot of things but I love my life. I love my family. Im a Mormon.

About Me

I was born and raised in St. George Ut. At the age of 13 we moved to Pinetop AZ where I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety. A lot of people today have similar issues. However my anxiety controlled my life. I was not able to finish my sophomore year of high school because I couldn't leave my house. My senior year of high school was the most trying time of my life but through a lot of prayers and pleading I was able to overcome my fears of the world and I graduated high school In Elk Grove CA. I nannied 5 wonderful boys in colorado and oregon ages 11, 9, 7, 3, and 4 mos. It was one of my favorite experiences. After that I moved to Provo Utah where I enrolled at UVU. I wanted to study sports medicine but later found out that god had other plans for me. It took some trials to help me realize that I needed to move. Again. So I packed up and I moved to the tiny town of Ray ND. It has helped me to grow in ways I never thought I could. I am currently working on my papers to serve a mission which I could not be happier about. I never thought I would be to the point in my life where I would even consider such things. I have never been happier. I love my life and I love the people in it. The church is true.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in the church. It has been the biggest blessing in my life. No matter how many times I have questioned it there has always been an answer to my doubts. I am the happiest version of myself. I spent too many years being angry and sad. I didn't understand why I had to deal with the things that I did. It wasn't until I decided for myself to read the book of mormon and to pray; that I felt true happiness. I have seen the happiness and joy it brings into other people's lives as well. Having the opportunity to share his gospel with others and watching them begin to understand the love that their heavenly father has for them is simply amazing. Through this church I was able to forgive and let go of the burdens that weighed on my heart. I want everyone to know that feeling of freedom. I want everyone to have this light in their lives.Pure joy is what I feel every time I read my Book of Mormon. I know I can conquer anything that gets put into my path. The strength that I receive to overcome daily amazes me. I am the absolute best version of myself and I am always striving to be the best I can be for my family. My family is my world. I know that their lives have been blessed because of the gospel as well. I know both sides. When I didn't have it in my life and when I did have it in my life. I will never go back. I have seen too much light to ever go back into the darkness. I love this church and I love the happiness and blessings it brings into not only mine but everyone's lives who will give it the chance. I know that this is the true church. I know that I have a loving heavenly father and I know that we have a living prophet of god. I am forever grateful for the blessings and happiness.

How I live my faith

One of my favorite things to do is teaching lessons with the missionaries. I was terrified to do it at first but after pushing myself to go and do, I realized the amount of joy it brings into my life and others lives as well! I am also the young single adults representative for our ward. I love the YSA program because it gives me a support system no matter what state I live in! Being able to make the friendships and hang out with people who are my age and going through all the same things I am is a life saver! We do a lot of fun activities and are always looking for more people to join us!
