Hi I'm Remrose

I grew up in the Philippines. I am a nurse. I love to serve and take care of other people. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am the eldest in my family. I have two siblings, one younger brother and a sister. I love to sing and to listen to music. I am a Nurse. I love my profession. I love to serve and take care of people. I love my family. I like to go to the beach, and I am enjoying the beauty of my country.

Why I am a Mormon

At the age of 19 I became a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints together with my family. We were referred to the missionaries by a family friend. I remember well the thoughts inside my head as I said "yes" I want to be baptized, not because my parents already said yes but I know that this is what the Lord wants me to do and this is His plan for me. At a young age I understand fully that the decision I made makes my Heavenly Father happy. As I grew up in the Church my faith and testimony were strengthened. As I study the scriptures, learn more about the gospel, pray, and obey the commandments of the Lord my knowledge and testimony about the truthfulnes of the Church, the truths and principles and it's effect in every aspect of my life also increases.

How I live my faith

The gospel of Jesus Christ molded me to a better person. The many truths and principles that I learned about the gospel influence every aspect of my life. The way I act towards people around me, the way I talk, the choices I make every day, I served as a volunteer Nurse in some of the hospitals in my city. This experince also molded me to be a better person and to realize many things in life. It has also showed me the tender mercies of the Lord. Afflictions, pains or great sufferings are a part of our life here on Earth, but seeing people suffer it and to be an instrunment in alleviating it or somehow be there for them in those crucial stage in their lives brings a great feeling of joy within my heart.
