Hi I'm Caitlyn Ann Glauser

I grew up in Brigham City, Utah. I'm planning to major in International Relations. The outdoors are my passion. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I love to play tennis and be outdoors. Backpacking and hiking are just a couple of my favorite things that I love doing. I put salt on everything. Snack cakes are my weakness. I love to laugh and have fun with my family and friends. Family and friendships are very important to me and they are things that I take very seriously. I love politics and I am planning on getting my degree in International Relations and Political Science so that I can work for the US State Department in Washington D.C. one day. My dream job would be to work in US Embassy's around the world and help other countries to improve their way of life.

Why I am a Mormon

Ever since I was little, I have attributed the blessings in my life, my good days, if a light turns green before I have to stop, just little things like that, to the Lord. I have always had a firm belief in my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. I know that nothing in this life happens by accident. There have been times in my life where I have had to make sacrifices for this gospel and at the time I didn't understand why. But I know that Heavenly Father has a plan for each and every one of His children and he will never lead them astray. The reason that I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is because I know with my whole heart, that without God I would be nothing. I need a Savior in my life to make up for what I lack. I have a testimony of life after death. I am so grateful that I will be able to be with my family and my friends for all eternity. That is one of the most comforting things about this gospel is that no one will ever be lost if they continue on the path of righteousness and do all that they can do. This gospel is truly amazing and I am so lucky to be a part of it.

How I live my faith

I have had many callings in the church throughout my life that I have helped me to live my faith. But some of the things that I loved doing the most were the callings that allowed me to serve the people in my community by doing charity work, cleaning up a yard, doing family history, or visiting the elderly. I try to be kind and show my love for every person that I meet because we are all children of God and He does not discriminate against anyone, so why should I?
