Hi I'm Brianna Lourenco-Haws

I was born and raised in Utah. I am missionary in Argentina. But most importantly I am Mormon!

About Me

I love to learn and experience new things. Growing up school was always one of my favorite things. I love to be active through sports, running, archery, and dance. I love to be outdoors and take time to appreciate how beautiful this world is. I would love to travel the world one day and experience more of it. I have been called to serve as a missionary in the Argentina Comodoro Rivadavia Mission, and am so excited to serve the people there.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in the church. My parents were always a good example to me and encouraged me to do my best in whatever it was. Although my parents were not always active, they always were there to support and encourage me to make my own decisions about church. As I grew up I was provided opportunities that allowed me to decide what it was I really believed in. Step by step I was able to learn for myself that the Book of Mormon is true, and that this church is true. I know now, without a doubt, that this church is true. I am so thankful for the light it has brought into my life, and I encourage others to find the truth for themselves and invite that same life and peace into their lives.

How I live my faith

I love to be involved in the church, and to contribute in any way that I can. I have been involved in various leadership callings involving the youth and planning committees. I have also helped with musical numbers and have served as ward missionary. I am grateful for each one of these callings and for the opportunities to grow and learn on an individual basis in each one. I know that they will continue to have a positive impact on my life.

Why do Mormon missionaries proselyte?

Brianna Lourenco-Haws
I am not dedicating 18 months of my life to try to convince people that I know the truth. I am dedicating a small portion of my existence to help my brothers and sisters to find the truth for themselves, so that they may have the opportunity as I did, to come unto Christ and be perfected in Him. I have witnessed countless blessings in my life that have come through personal prayer and obedience to the commandments. My hope is to help others experience and recognize that same love from our Father in Heaven. Show more Show less
