Hi I'm Hannah

I'm from Philadelphia. I'm a musician. I love to laugh. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Hi I'm Hannah! I recently finished by first year of college. I attend Brigham Young University and am studying music. I am an Organ Performance major. I have loved music for as long as I can remember, starting to learn piano at the age of 4. I am now preparing to serve a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I have been called to serve in the Hungary Budapest Mission. I love the thrill of exploring exotic places, the excitement of new experiences, and the adventure of foreign cultures and traditions. I enjoy soccer and longboarding, climbing and hiking, and anything in the mountainous outdoors. I have an immense passion for music; I play the piano, organ, violin, flute, ukulele, and percussion. I appreciate serving others in and out of the church. I have two older brothers, and an older sister, I love my family and the joy they bring me! This gospel brings me so much happiness and peace.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because it brings meaning to my life and gives me a focus. I have gained a sure testimony that Christ lives and He loves each of us dearly. He is in every aspect of our lives and wants for us to be happy. He hears and answers our prayers, as He always has a hand extended out to us, we just have to reach for it! I know that Heavenly Father understands what we are going through and guides us on a path that is right for us. He puts people in our lives and sends us to different places for a reason. I love my Savior and this gospel so very much.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by attending church on Sundays and by continuously learning about the gospel. This gospel is an important component of my everyday life. I live my faith by striving my best to be an example to my friends and family as I am guided through life by my Heavenly Father. I served as the Ward Organist for four consecutive years in my home ward, where I was responsible for selecting the hymns each week and playing through sacrament meeting. This calling was so wonderful and I loved being able to share my testimony through music. I was also called as Ward Music Chair in my ward at BYU, where I was responsible for organizing the music for each meeting and working closely with the ward choir, which I absolutely loved!
