Hi I'm Abby

I'm a twin, a chocoholic, and a wanna-be world traveler. I'm a runner, a pianist, and a proud Utah State Aggie. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I consider myself a "third culture kid" as I have grown up all over the United States and overseas. I enjoy public speaking, running, reading, and baking chocolate chip cookies. I am studying math at Utah State University and I love to learn!

Why I am a Mormon

The restored gospel is the faith of my fathers and has been for many generations. But as I've gotten older I have gained my own testimony of its truth. The gospel brings me joy and sets my nervous heart at peace. It helps me set my priorities straight and gives me a future to look forward to. I love that whatever LDS congregation I attend feels like home - where ever in the world it is located, whichever language it is held in, I am welcomed and loved.

How I live my faith

I serve as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Trujillo, Perú. I have chosen to serve a mission because I have been blessed with so much: my wonderful family, my parents, my sisters, health, a sound mind; the list could go on and on and on. But I am especially blessed with the knowledge of the restored gospel and membership in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. With all these blessings that I enjoy, how can I not feel the need to thank my Heavenly Father? Because I have been given much, I too must give.
