Hi I'm Jodie

I love exploring the beautiful earth. I enjoy the simple things. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I recently graduated with my Associates of Science in one year and am now serving as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Later Day Saints in the West Indies Mission. After I serve I hope to continue my education in Dental Hygiene. I am the youngest of eleven children and love it! I enjoy outdoor activities and sports in both summer and winter. I love hands on projects. I enjoy playing music and painting.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because it brings me Hope and Joy. Our Heavenly Father has a plan for us all to live with Him again for eternity. Knowing that there is a plan for me and that if I live righteously and according to the teachings of His church I will be able to partake of this wonderful gift, this gives me hope. And as I live according to His guidance, that he has given to us through the scriptures and modern day prophets, I will have Joy. It is a plan of happiness. He wants us to be happy and I testify that this is the only way we can be eternally happy. I know it requires a lot of work and faith, but if we push forward with hope we will be blessed. I know these things are true and I testify that this church is the only true church on the earth today. When ever I have doubts I try to replace it with faith. Faith that the Lord will help me through my trials and faith that there is a purpose for me and for all of Gods children. I am grateful for my testimony and for the blessings of the gospel in my life. I am a Mormon. I know it. I love it. I live it.

How I live my faith

I have loved growing up in the Church and having the opportunity to be a part of a group of young women who share my same beliefs and strengthen each other. I continue to live my faith through service as a missionary, a visiting teacher, and through other church callings. Each has helped me strengthen and live my faith.
