Hi I'm Amy Johnson

I grew up on a small farm in Idaho. I'm a missionary in the North Dakota Bismarck Mission. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Hi all! I am 20 years old and am a very happy member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints! I love my Savior. I love the book of mormon. And I love my family. I have 5 brothers and two sisters, and I have had some crazy fun times with them. I was born and raised on a small farm in Idaho and I can't imagine having been raised anywhere else. I finished my first year at BYU-Idaho as a Health Science major and am now serving as missionary in the North Dakota Bismarck Mission. I love this gospel and it brings me so much happiness as I testify of Jesus Christ and His atonement out here in the Dakotas, and of God's love for all of His children.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a member of this church because I know it is the only church on this Earth today that contains the fullness of Christ's gospel. I have witnessed the joy the gospel brings to individuals and families as they live according to gospel principles. I am at my happiest when I am doing all that I can do to fulfill my calling as a member of this church and become a more full disciple of Jesus Christ.

How I live my faith

I think the best way you can show your faith is by keeping God's commandments and by doing the things He asks of you. Even if you don't fully understand why you have to and even when it is hard. And I show my faith by trying my very best to keep His commandments and by doing God's will that He has for me. By praying and reading the scriptures each day my faith has grown. I try to follow the example that my Savior Jesus Christ set for me by loving and serving those around me.
