Hi I'm Braeden

I'm an aspiring engineer. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a gamer. This extends from board games like Risk to playing video games like Mario Kart with my Family. I also enjoy having a good laugh with my family whenever we wrongly pronounce something during our daily scripture readings of the Book of Mormon. I am also a builder, and I have known this since I picked up my first Lego set. Mechanical engineering is the career field that I am going into as an expression of my interest in designing and creating things. I was accepted to an ABET (Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology) accredited university which I will be attending in Fall 2017 after I have served a mission for Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

Why I am a Mormon

I continue to follow this gospel, because it is the gospel of life, light, and truth. This gospel leaves me with lasting happiness. Peace always comes whenever I read the Book or Mormon, or whilst attending my weekly meetings which also leaves me inspired for the rest of the week. The gospel is what Jesus Christ wants us to live. Jesus wants us to become like him, and like our Heavenly Father. Jesus Christ is loving, caring, and compassionate. He is also wise, and understands us because of his suffering in Gethsemane. He did this, because he loves us unconditionally and sees the potential for good. The whole purpose of his atonement was so that we might live with Him again. We can live with Him again through following the law that this blessing is predicated on so that we might receive our mansions in the highest degree of the Celestial kingdom. In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

How I live my faith

I am now currently undergoing training to spread the restored gospel to the people of Resistencia, Argentina in thier native language (including the correct castellano accent of spanish). I demonstrate my love for God and his children by diligently studying at the Missionary Training Center, and by the continual willingness to offer two years of my life to Him. I also offer up to Him my obedience so that others may see the countenance of Jesus Christ within me, and upon my face. I hope to be part of the message that is sent about living the gospel of Jesus Christ.
