Hi I'm Steven

I am going to be a missionary, and I am a Mormon.

About Me

My family are members of the Church, and I have grown up learning the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Throughout my childhood and teenage years, I was very musical. I played the piano, trumpet, and tuba. I played the sousaphone in my high school marching band. I have deviated from that, but music was a talent of mine. I enjoy reading, especially the scriptures. I have spent a year at college, and I am now embarking on a mission.

Why I am a Mormon

I have felt the Spirit witness to me that the Church is true. When I obey the commandments and follow the promptings, I feel that same witness. I know that by faithfully following the commandments and promptings of the Gospel, you can find purpose and joy.

How I live my faith

I participate by going to church and being the best member I can be. I do my best to make friends in my ward, and I use the Gospel as a common aspect. I do my home teaching, and I have found happiness by doing that. Home teaching is when the men of the ward visit the families of the ward. I can get to know people in my ward by doing that.
