Hi I'm Camille

I'm probably the most ordinary person I've ever met! I'm a fan of breathing and dream of leash training a cat. I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I grew up in Utah and have one older brother who has the hair of Greg Brady. I started college but then felt summoned to the greater calling of missionary work. I love grammatically correct sentences and funny words (quotidian and hackneyed are a couple of my favorites). Calvin and Hobbes is the best literature I've ever read. According to my friends, I laugh like a crazy person and am extremely committed to dental hygiene. Also, I am overly fond of cats and aspire to be a crazy cat lady when I am older.

Why I am a Mormon

Being a Mormon has given me so much hope and joy! I can't imagine my life without the goodness the gospel has given me. The Savior's love for me has helped me carry on during hard times. I know with His help and love that I can do anything. I love the knowledge that I can turn to a loving Heavenly Father for advice through prayer whenever I need help. I love knowing that mistakes I make in life can become learning experiences rather than sources of guillt or shame. I know that with God's help I can do incredible things, even change the world. Even though I love studying other religions and philosophies, being a member of this church has given me the entire truth that I need to find true and lasting purpose here.

How I live my faith

Currently, I'm serving a mission, meaning that I've dedicated the next year and a half of my life to teaching others about Christ and His restored gospel. Pretty great, right? I live my faith by trying to reach out to everyone I meet to share the awesomeness that the gospel has to offer. It's the best job in the world! I get to witness people's lives change in the best way because of Christ's Atonement.
