Hi I'm Jacob

I am from Dallas. I like to wrestle. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love my foods. I will cook anything that will taste good (especially desserts). I enjoy wrestling and soccer which help keep me busy in my free time. During the summers I love to travel around the United States. I love the nature and beauty that many places contain. I go hiking to explore the many places there is to see. I am the second child of six who love to play outside whenever we get the chance.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the church. My loving parents taught me the gospel since I was young. I never new the church was true until a few years ago. The spirit that can be felt as you study the Book of Mormon is so much more unique than any other book. Throughout the years my testimony has strengthened as I move through the different leadership roles. Through the many service projects with my dad and other church members, I have seen the joy the gospel brings to other peoples lives. The many wonderful church leaders that have so lovingly watched after me as I struggle on the road of life have taught me wonderful lessons and keep me actively striving to do my best. Through the mistakes I make in my daily life I learn to trust in the Lord because I know that on my own I can't return to him without the Atonement. Because Jesus Christ was willing to die for us we can return to our Heavenly Father. I know that this was all part of Heavenly Fathers plan so we can have eternal life. I know that the gospel of Jesus Christ is true and that through the prophet, Joseph Smith, the church was again restored to the earth. Though I am young I too know that it is true.

How I live my faith

Right now I am member and am trying to fulfill my priesthood duties. Every Sunday I show up before the meeting starts I prepare and pass the sacrament. I am trying to find more ways to serve others and share the gospel with those I come in contact with every day. I am still trying to learn the principles that will be required to serve my full time mission.
